DRIVING EVERYTHING WE DO
Our purpose guides us in everything we do. Property Reimagined for London is at the core who we are and what we stand for. It allows us to keep focus on our vision and mission.
Our vision:
We are dedicated to helping preserve the status of London as a world class city.
Our mission:
By repurposing our buildings to become catalysts for growth, contributing to the success of our customers and ultimately, the success of London.
Sustainability built in,not bolted on
Our founder, Christos Lazari’s instinct to reuse and repurpose set the foundation for a lasting commitment to sustainability and retention.
This is reflected in the company’s loyalty to its employees, many of whom retrained into property from Christos Lazari’s former fashion business over 40 years ago. It’s the principle of recognising the value in what you already have that permeates through every part of the business.
A generational approach
Because the business remains family-owned with no external stakeholders, Lazari’s second generation is able to continue this ethos today – investing in long-term developments that prioritise reuse, environmental impact, and social value. This approach ensures the prosperity of both buildings and people, driving innovation while staying true to the company’s core values.
Designing out waste
We have redefined our relationship with our customers so that together we can take accountability to design, engineer and optimise waste management – steering us toward a future where waste becomes a thing of the past.
We are re-thinking buildings not as development potential, but as material banks that are rich in resources. Our aspiration with all our developments is to retain as much of the existing infrastructure as possible. Where we cannot reuse on site, we will collect and store for our next development – promoting a shift in circular thinking whilst reducing our whole carbon footprint along the way.

RESPONSIBLE RESOURCING
Our industry drives nearly 40% of global CO2 emissions, compelling us to minimise waste and carbon by recycling, repurposing, and reusing materials.

RECYCLE
Structures or materials are reprocessed for use in various locations, not necessarily in their original form.

RE-PURPOSE
Buildings are material banks, where products can be reused on-site or off-site for their original or alternative purposes with minimal reprocessing

RE-USE OFF SITE
Reusing materials or structures in new locations for other projects

RE-USE ON SITE
Reusing materials or structures on-site, but not necessarily in their original location

RETAIN
Leaving materials or structures in their current location within the original building

A PIONEERING PROCESS
Through innovative thinking, we have developed a reimagined process for designing, managing, occupying, and owning buildings.

RE-DEFINING
Redefining tenants as customers makes us all accountable to design and manage out waste. It also means we become focused on delivering a tailored service, helping customers achieve their commercial goals and ambitions.

RE-THINKING
By re-thinking our buildings as material banks, we reduce our impact on the environment as well as take a leadership position to promote the principles of circularity in our industry. Reduction of carbon both operationally and in construction also means this will have a multiplier effect across our supply chain.

RECALIBRATING
Re-calibrating the way we measure success gives us permission to think generationally. Time is no longer an issue, as we are not led by the short-term need to produce profits at the expense of the environment and long-term interests. This thinking means buildings will have a 100-year lifespan beyond the usual 60 years.

RE-DESIGNING
Redesigning buildings with the end-use considered at the beginning means less waste in the construction process. And because we design for our customers’ needs and wants, we can together optimise spaces for efficiencies, productivity, wellbeing and performance.

REPURPOSING
We can repurpose our buildings to become catalysts for growth. By optimising existing transport systems and designing in harmony with the local environment, we unlock social happiness and economic prosperity, keeping customers productive, creating jobs and driving long-term benefits for London.

RECIPROCATING
We are committed to creating a culture of reciprocity, where long-term prosperity is prioritised over short-term profits. By focusing on sustainable practices, we contribute to a more enduring planet, ensuring that buildings, businesses, and the city will thrive for generations to come.
